In these uniquely challenging times, the demand for learning how to deal with our emotions has never been greater. With the latest restrictions in Hong Kong, we have seen COVID-19 amplify intense anxiety in people that can directly affect their daily life.
Join our 3 workshops to tackle the stress and deeply connect with your emotions 🙏
- 🧘♀️ “Yoga to unlock emotions”, with Charlotte Cotton, Certified Integral Yoga Teacher. During this one and a half hour practice, you will begin to unravel muscular tension in order to release the associated emotions bound in your muscles. Our yoga practice will strengthen your physical, mental and emotional body 💪 and increase your capacity to process difficult emotions.
- 🎨 “Connect with your inner Emotions through Mindfulness Art”, with Shraddha Jain, professional watercolor and doodle artist. In this workshop, you will discover a new kind of meditation practice. The act of painting will guide you to your inner creativity and the expression of your emotions . Let your creativity run free 👩🎨 during this powerful form of meditation and gain your emotional CALM .
- ⚖️ “Restore your Life Balance thanks to your Emotions”, with Coralie De Groote, a certified life coach, member of ICF. You will acquire key knowledge on the topic, along with practical tools and exercises to set up in your daily life and allow your personal growth 🌱. Learn how to use your emotions to build a blooming future.

~ 💲 How much : HKD600 per person for the full retreat or HKD300 HKD per person per activity
