Today I have decided to introduce myself a bit more, tell you about my career path journey and explain you how coaches have played a major role.


At 16, I was confused, interested in so many different things and I couldn’t picture how to transform any of them into a job.
My parents had a great idea: they got me an appointment with a career path coach.

We had great talks, she did personality tests, and I ended up after few appointments with leads and a list of jobs that could suit me. In one of them: jeweler.

After some time thinking about it, I realized that what I loved were actually watches. I could spend hours just looking at the watchmaker’s window shop. I had the chance to do one week internship and I loved it.


My family and I found the best watchmaking schools for me, had my diplomas and started working in the watch industry in Switzerland for four years. Then I had the opportunity to come in Hong Kong and work for the after-sale service of a prestigious Swiss brand.

I really enjoyed living abroad, travelling, discovering other cultures. But at work something had changed. It wasn’t feeling right anymore.

Later, I joined a group coaching training: it was amazing and we created great relationships. And I understood that I changed over time. My personality had evolved, along with my life’s and job’s expectations.
I wanted a meaningful job, to help others, with human connections at the center. But I still didn’t know exactly what.


After a trip around Asia, and a time off in France during the lockdown, I realized the answer was right in front of me: coaches helped me so well during critical points of my career, I was going to become a coach as well.

And now I am happy to help others finding their own professional purposes and their own path. No matter how old they are. It is never too early or too late.

FR: A propos de ma carrière.

Aujourd’hui, j’ai décidé de me présenter un peu plus, de vous raconter mon chemin professionnel et vous expliquer comment les coachs y ont eu un rôle important.


A 16 ans, j’étais un peu perdue : intéressée par beaucoup de choses différentes, et avec une difficulté de savoir comment transposer ces intérêts en emploi.
Mes parents ont eu une très bonne idée : prendre un rendez-vous avec une coach en orientation.

Nous avons eu des échanges fructueux, elle a mise en lumière ma personnalité grâce à des tests, et après quelques rendez-vous je suis repartie avec des pistes de réflexion et une liste d’emplois qui pourraient me convenir. Parmi eux : bijoutière.

Après quelques temps de réflexion, j’ai réalisé que ce que j’aimais vraiment c’était les montres. Je pouvais passer des heures devant les vitrines des horlogers. Puis j’ai eu la chance de pouvoir faire un stage d’une semaine dans un atelier et j’ai adoré.


Nous avons trouvé en famille les meilleures écoles d’horlogerie pour moi et après avoir obtenu les diplômes, j’ai travaillé dans l’industrie horlogère Suisse pendant 4 ans. J’ai eu ensuite la très belle opportunité de partir à Hong Kong et de travailler pour le service après-vente d’une prestigieuse marque Suisse.

J’ai vraiment apprécié vivre à l’étranger, voyager, découvrir de nouvelles cultures. Mais au travail, quelque chose avait changé. Je ne m’y sentais plus bien.

Je me suis finalement inscrite à programme de coaching de groupe : deux mois formidables et nous avons créé des liens très forts. Et j’ai compris que j’avais changé avec le temps. Ma personnalité avait évolué, ainsi que mes attentes envers mon travail et ma vie.

Je voulais un travail qui avait du sens, pour aider les autres, et avec les relations humaines en son centre. Cependant, je ne savais pas encore exactement quoi faire.


Après un voyage de quelques mois en Asie et du repos en France pendant le confinement, j’ai réalisé que la réponse était devant moi : les coachs m’avaient aidé à des moments cruciaux de ma carrière, j’allais également devenir coach.

Et maintenant je suis heureuse d’aider les autres à trouver leur propre projet professionnel et leur propre chemin. Peu importe l’âge. Il n’est jamais trop tôt ou trop tard.
